Notice of Landowner Informational Meeting 

County Ditch 32  

Tuesday, April 14, 2026, 2:00pm in the Commissioner's Board Room

Freeborn County Government Center, 411 S Broadway, Albert Lea, MN 

The Freeborn County Drainage Authority ordered a Redetermination of Benefits for Freeborn County CD 32. Viewers have been appointed to determine the benefits and damages to all property with the watershed of CD 32.  A petition for an improvement has also been filed for CD32.

At the meeting the Viewers will explain the viewing process and listen to concerns. The project Engineer will be there to answer questions on the proposed improvement.  Land owners are encourage to attend.
